Most popular plansHA6316HD: A See-thru Fireplace
A wonderful curved portico supported by columns
leads into this impressive contemporary design. Tile work and curved,
high-volume ceilings distinguish the formal living and dining rooms. A
high ceiling is also found in the den, complete with a private
bathroom. In the magnificent master suite, a see-through fireplace
separates the sleeping area from the bayed sitting area. The suite also
includes an exercise area with wet bar. The lavish master bath features
his and her vanities and walk-in closets, a sumptuous soaking tub,
island shower and commode closet. The family wing offers a powder room
with entry to the covered patio in back, a huge kitchen with a central
cooktop island and walk-in pantry, a glass-walled nook and a grand
vaulted family room with fireplace and media wall. Note the summer
kitchen on the patio. Two family bedrooms each access a compartmented
bath. Foundation: slab.
HA6320HD: Big on Spaces
An impressive covered entry introduces this
traditional home, which provides the option of a fourth bedroom and
third bathroom next to the covered patio in the rear. Ten-foot ceilings
are found throughout the design, adding volume and light. Formal living
and dining rooms are placed on either side of the grand foyer, which
continues back to the family room with its fireplace bordered by
built-ins. Here, a large sliding glass window overlooks the patio and a
possible backyard pool. The family room is open to both the bayed
breakfast nook, surrounded by mitered glass, and the kitchen with its
angled eating bar and pantry closet. Also overlooking the backyard, the
spectacular master suite includes an oversized bath with a walk-in
closet, a step-down doorless shower, a corner garden tub and two sinks
separated by knee space. On the other side of the house, the second
full bath serves the secondary bedrooms and the rest of the house. For
a different elevation, see Plan W6352HD. Foundation: slab.
HA6311HD: Affordable Luxury
A beautiful portico with hipped roof lines echoes
the other roof lines of this Florida-style contemporary design. Taking
advantage of dry-wall architectural elements, most of the exquisite
details within the home are quite affordable. A tray ceiling accents
the dining room, while the living room features a wet bar. In the open
family area, only an angled peninsula counter separates the kitchen
from the rest of the space. This area comes complete with media wall,
breakfast nook and access to the pool and one of two patios in back.
The other patio is reserved for occupants of the master suite, where
the curved glass walls of the sitting area overlook the pool. The
deluxe master bath features a huge walk-in closet, a columned vanity
area, a soaking tub and a shower for two. Notice the adjacent den or
study, which with its proximity to a full bath in the hall could also
be a fourth bedroom. Upstairs, a charming square observatory is placed
atop the garage. Both upstairs bedrooms open to a balcony deck.
Exterior: specify 2x4 or block. Foundation: slab.
HA6356HD: Impressive at Every Turn
A columned portico provides a majestic entry into
this Mediterranean design. A tiled foyer and walkways separate the
formal living and dining rooms, and a wall of glass in the living room
provides a spectacular view to the rear. The tiled kitchen and
breakfast nook flow into the family room. Here, the focus is a
fireplace bracketed by shelving. In the master wing, a tray ceiling
delineates the bedroom area, while the spacious bayed sitting area
opens to the patio. Lavishly appointed, the master bath includes twin
walk-in closets, twin vanities and a soaking tub set in a bay. A study
or fourth bedroom is convenient to the pool bath. On the other side of
the house, two family bedrooms and a third full bath complete the
design. Foundation: slab
HA3327SR: Light, Airy Key West Design
Arches, columns and French doors pay homage to the
Key West style of this light, airy design. The open foyer announces a
wonderful arrangement of casual and formal spaces. French doors open to
a quiet study or guest quarters, which features a vaulted ceiling,
built-in shelving and a view of the front property through an
arch-topped window. More built-ins frame the great-room fireplace,
anchoring the curved window wall. A secluded secondary bedroom or guest
quarters is thoughtfully placed near a full bath, coat closet and linen
storage. Upstairs, a balcony hall allows interior views of the
two-story great room and connects a secondary bedroom and bath with the
master suite. French doors open from both bedrooms to a wrap-around
deck. Foundation: raised island.
